4. User Content & Vector Database License

You retain full ownership of the PDF manuals and documents you upload ("User Content").

• License to Process: By uploading User Content, you grant AsktheDocument.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, process, and create derivative works (specifically Vector Embeddings) of your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• Data Isolation: We warrant that your User Content and its associated Vector Embeddings will be isolated in our database and will NOT be used to train generative AI models for other users or the general public. Your manuals remain private to your account (or your organization's account).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents strictly classified as "Confidential" or "Secret" by government entities (e.g., military schematics) unless you have explicit clearance.
• Reverse engineer the AI prompt logic.
